HD 215497 b is an extrasolar planet which orbits the K-type main sequence star HD 215497, located approximately 142 light years away in the constellation Tucana. This planet has at least 6.6 times the mass of Earth.[1] This planet was detected by HARPS on October 19, 2009, together with 29 other planets, including HD 215497 c.

HD 215497 b (también conocido como HIP 112441 b) es un planeta extrasolar que orbita la estrella de tipo K de la secuencia principal HD 215497, localizado aproximadamente a 142 años luz en la constelación de Tucana. Su masa es 5,4 veces la de la Tierra y tarda menos de un 1% de un año en completar la órbita sobre su estrella, con un semieje mayor de 0,044 UA. Sin embargo, a diferencia de la mayoría de los exoplanetas conocidos, su excentricidad no se conoce. Este planeta fue detectado por HARPS el 19 de octubre de 2009, junto con otros 29 planetas.
